What to expect on the day of experience
- Being a Black Woman in White Spaces: Simidele will share her journey to becoming the first African woman and the first black woman to compete in the Olympic skeleton, and show how lifting every voice can unlock the real potential of our teams. During the session, you’ll learn how to leverage listening as a tool for inclusion, creativity, collaboration, integration, and innovation. - Jumpstart your next 100 days: Simidele leads a discussion with your team centered around five transformative leadership principles (Focus, Imagination, Risk-Taking, Start Now, Trust Your Instincts) to help you move toward new or improved goals and imagine limitless possibilities.
