This is the ultimate stress relief workshop for your team! Fall in Laugh is a modernized laughter therapy that combines laughter exercises, yogic breathing, and meditation to release the tensions and stress of daily life. Laughter boosts blood flow by up to 50% and activates serotonin and dopamine release in your brain. The flat fee is for a 60-min session for up to 25 people. What to expect on the day of experience
This experience uses a modern technique adapted to your daily life. It starts with Pranayama yogic and mindful breathing to relax and create a synergy within the team. Then we pivot into exercises that trigger laughter. During this transition, the host will share theories and help you localize laughter within the body making you laugh more and more. Don’t worry if you’re feeling shy—it’s been proven that the body doesn’t know the difference between forced laughter and real one. In less than 10 seconds, a forced laugh becomes a real one and as your laughter increases, so does your joy. This laughter boosts your blood flow by 50 percent and releases serotonin and dopamine in your brain.

This interactive holiday party was so much fun. The activities, Magic Show and cookie decorating was great. The host was great with such positivity. The magic show was truly unbelievable. There were so many tricks I've never seen before. Great experience and had a fantastic time.

I loved the magician this time, it was very nice. I love the liveliness of the host and the flow of the evening. I would like it to be noted that most employees don't have cameras on their work computers though, so the hosts don't assume we are just trying to not participate.
