Using the arts in this way we develop the ability to shape and form thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. With this experience, you will gain access to your creativity using your imagination for self-regulation and self-growth and feel more vitality and joy in life. This experience is perfect for team bonding and team building to establish a vision for the future. This will also enable you to imagine new possibilities and experience personal empowerment.
What you need to bring to the experience?
- Pen and paper are the basic elements you need. Colorful or pastel pens and paper is recommended. You may also use any other element that you have at home such as, glue and scissors, old magazines, pictures, shells, buttons, etc. Anything can be recycled and put to use in this art therapy experience!
What to expect on the day of experience
Get in touch with yourself and your feelings, using your imagination as a bridge to wellness. In this experience, we’ll use art tools to give you emotional and mental support, while exploring and fulfilling your needs for creative self-expression and self-discovery. In seeing your emotions on paper, you’ll be better equipped to face social situations and life challenges. We’ll start with a quick chat to get to know each other and build trust. Comfort is key. With art tools that you can find at home (paper, pens, pencils, markers, glue, scissors, collage materials, etc.), you’ll create art while I guide you with prompts, visualization and questions, health advice to improve your daily life.

This interactive holiday party was so much fun. The activities, Magic Show and cookie decorating was great. The host was great with such positivity. The magic show was truly unbelievable. There were so many tricks I've never seen before. Great experience and had a fantastic time.

I loved the magician this time, it was very nice. I love the liveliness of the host and the flow of the evening. I would like it to be noted that most employees don't have cameras on their work computers though, so the hosts don't assume we are just trying to not participate.
