What you need to bring to the experience?

1. Pen and paper are the basic elements you need. Colorful or pastel pens and paper is recommended. You may also use any other element that you have at home such as, glue and scissors, old magazines, pictures, shells, buttons, etc. Anything can be recycled and put to use in this art therapy experience!

What to expect on the day of experience

Get in touch with yourself and your feelings, using your imagination as a bridge to wellness. In this experience, we’ll use art tools to give you emotional and mental support, while exploring and fulfilling your needs for creative self-expression and self-discovery. In seeing your emotions on paper, you’ll be better equipped to face social situations and life challenges. We’ll start with a quick chat to get to know each other and build trust. Comfort is key. With art tools that you can find at home (paper, pens, pencils, markers, glue, scissors, collage materials, etc.), you’ll create art while I guide you with prompts, visualization and questions, health advice to improve your daily life.
