What to expect on the day of experience
A bit of movement and a few deep breaths can make all the difference. We are all about the mind-body connection. By design, the classes are intentional, informative, empowering, and endorphin-inducing. Not all bodies are designed to move the same way, nor should they! We believe it’s important to understand the 'why' in movement and master the 'how'. Above everything, we value inclusivity, cherish and celebrate diversity. It’s a place to garner community, to learn from one another, to share, to get creative and to have fun!
