Learn to make Chocolate Truffles from scratch in a stylish French bar restaurant in Chelsea. Our French chocolatier will also guide you to make Chocolate Ganache from scratch, as well show you how to be creative with a traditional recipe. The participants will soon be able to make their own truffles as they realize how a simple recipe can be molded into something as unique as one's imagination. Not only would they be able to add their own flavors and topping, but their own feelings into each sweet creation!
The participants will be welcomed with an authentic hot or iced chocolate with a twist by our French chocolate expert. The participants will also discover a brief history of chocolate which spans centuries, while learning about some of the processes involved with chocolate making.
